Staff Profile – Radhienza Aquirell Caesaria (Eca)

Radhienza Aquirell Caesaria (Eca) has been part of IALF Gading Serpong since March 2023. She began her journey in Customer Relations, where she worked closely with students and handled day-to-day inquiries, helping them find suitable programs based on their goals.

Later that same year, she transitioned into the role of Marketing Officer. In this position, Eca is involved in various marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and supporting events and promotional campaigns. She enjoys developing ideas that are engaging and relatable, especially for digital platforms.

Prior to joining IALF, Eca gained diverse experience working as a barista, a shadow teacher, and an English course teacher for children. These roles helped her build strong communication skills and adaptability, which continue to support her in her current role.

She enjoys her work in marketing, especially because it allows her to connect with many people, have meaningful conversations, and get to know individuals from different backgrounds. Her experience in Customer Relations also shapes the way she approaches marketing, making her more attentive to audience needs and communication.

Outside of work, Eca enjoys singing and watching horror movies, balancing her love for music with a thrill for all things spooky. She also enjoys coffee and café hopping in her free time.
