Staff Profile – Putri Mandara

Putri Mandara joined the IALF Jakarta in 2018 as an English and Indonesian language teacher. She is mainly responsible for teaching IELTS preparation, PTE, and Indonesian language courses. Prior to joining the IALF, Putri was an English lecturer for EAP courses at some public and private universities, including the University of Indonesia. She also gave Business English training at a number of corporates and ministries in Jakarta.  

Her professional qualifications include a BA in English Studies from the University of Indonesia, an MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from King’s College London (KCL), and a Cambridge CELTA. She completed her CELTA training at the International House London (IH London). While in England, she also attended some teaching workshops, including an IELTS workshop organized by the British Council in Cheltenham. Putri was also an awardee of the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP).
