Happy Dwi Wardhana, or Happy as he is also known, has been working for IALF since he completed university in 2011.
Happy applied for a position with Customer Relations at IALF Surabaya and was successful. He knew this position was well suited to him because he had had previous experience in the customer service world in his former, part time job with Global English Training in Jember. His routine tasks at IALF Surabaya include conducting placement tests for language courses, filing documents, data entry, and being the face of IALF as people either drop into the office or call by phone. The successful presentation of IALF to customers is paramount to Happy and he does it so well. In 2013, he became Customer Relations Coordinator and leader of the team.
Since working for IALF he has certainly broadened his horizons. Happy likes meeting people and in this role he has met many new people and from a wide variety of professions. IALF has a wide range of clients ranging from personnel from the Indonesian Naval Academy to workers from the Oil and Gas Training Centre (Pusdiklat Migas) in Cepu.
Happy is very proud being a part of the leading language training centre in Indonesia, and he knows that IALF Surabaya will maintain and improve the quality and professionalism of its courses and services.
