• Intensive course of 20 hours over 2 weeks
• Focus on all General Training Module skills
• 2 hours face-to-face classes everyday (Tuesday to Friday)*

Our courses are taught by highly qualified teachers, experienced in IELTS. Students will get 75% face-to-face class sessions (total 15 hours) and online for learning resources, activities and assignments (40%). You will have access to the learning resources and activities for up to 3 months.

• Minimal Elementary 3 on IALF Scale

Placement Testing

• To enroll in the course, you will need to take the IALF Placement test and be at minimum level Elementary 3
• The test takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. You will immediately see your placement test results and register for the course. Our team will contact you for payment details, the latest one working day after you have completed the registration form
• If you are at Elementary 3 you will be able to join the IELTS WHV Prep course. If your level is below Elementary 3, you can join the General English-Z course to increase your English level first.

How it will work

This is a 'Blended Learning 60:40' course, combining Face-to-Face or Live Teaching via Zoom with online coursework.

With the Face-to-Face or Online classes:

• You will be in a virtual classroom using Zoom
• Weekday classes will take place each day Tuesday to Friday from 18.00 - 20.00 WIB / 19.00 - 21.00 WITA
• The teacher and all the students will be able to see and hear each other (for online classes)
• The teacher and students will be able to share documents and presentations with others during the class (for online classes)
• In the class, the teacher will also be able to allocate pairs or small groups for discussions and tasks etc.

With the out-of-class component

You will be given access to an IALF Citra account and it is used for:

• regular communications (with teachers and with other students)
• accessing all relevant materials for the online classroom, including any pre-reading etc.
• accessing a range of interesting tasks and activities to follow up on each class
• doing a range of additional tasks and activities including practice tests

Your course will be taught at the highest standards by a mix of native speaker and local teachers.  All IALF teachers are highly qualified and experienced.

By the end of the course, you will be able to assess your performance and identify areas needing further study so that you can achieve your target IELTS score. You will get instructor feedback on homework assignments and results on test practice.
