Program Requirements & Cashback Eligibility
To be eligible for the 100% IELTS Cashback, you must fulfill these requirements:
- LPDP Scholarship Awardee
- Student must provide proof of their LPDP Scholarship confirmation upon registration to the IELTS Cashback program
- Achieve a Minimum IELTS Score of 6.5 (no band below 6.0)
- Students must take the official IELTS test at IALF Indonesia testing centers and locations. Complete testing location and schedule of IELTS test by IALF can be checked here.
- Monash University, Indonesia will verify the validity of submitted IELTS certificate with IALF. If the test is confirmed to have been taken at an IALF center, Monash University, Indonesia will send a confirmation email to the student, confirming their eligibility for the cashback once they enroll in the Master's program.
- Complete the Registration Form
- To be recorded as a participant in this program, students must fill out this registration form.
- Apply and Enroll in a Master’s Program or PhD program at Monash University, Indonesia
- For the Master programs, the cashback offer is only valid for students enrolling in the July 2025 or January 2026 intakes. Applications for later intakes will not be eligible.
- For the PhD program, the cashback offer is only valid for students enrolling in the 2025 intake. Applications for later intakes will not be eligible.
- Cashback Disbursement
- The Monash University, Indonesia Finance Team will process the cashback payment directly to the student after the census date once the student successfully enrols in the Master's program.
- Adhere to the submission deadlines:
- For July 2025 intake: No later than 13 August 2025.
- For January 2026 intake: No later than 4 February 2026.
- Final Verification Before Disbursement
- Before processing the cashback, Monash University, Indonesia will re-verify the IELTS test details with IALF to ensure accuracy.
- The IELTS Cashback program is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to a limited quota.
- Current LPDP students studying at Monash University, Indonesia are not eligible for this promotion.
