Ni Putu Dian Cahyani (Cahyani), was born in Bali and lived there for the bigger part of her life. She started learning English when she was in fourth grade and it quickly became one of her favourite subjects. She joined IALF in 2007 and has taught English and Indonesian language since then. As an English and Indonesian instructor, she has taught beginner to intermediate levels. She joined RTV WILTA (Reciprocal Teachers Visit - Westralian Indonesian Language Teacher's Association) program in 2011 and was invited to be a guest speaker at Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools, New South Wales in 2013. In addition, she has been the coordinator of the English Language Teaching Assistant (ELTA) Program for West Nusa Tenggara since 2017. Cahyani holds a BA from Ganesha University and a current Trinity Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CertTESOL), an internationally recognised professional teaching qualification. She believes that all students are capable of learning and she hopes to make a difference in the lives of all her students.
