IALF Olympiad 2025

• The participant category is Elementary School students in Grade 3 and 4. The competition is open for public, including Non-IALF Students.
• Each participant must be accompanied by 1 (one) parent / guardian as a co-participant. 
• Registration Fee for Coloring Competition SD 3 & 4: IDR 100,000,- / participant.
• The theme of the competition is "We, You, Me - Together Sustainability" which covers sustainability / green / environmental issues.
• The committee will provide products from Faber-Castell (Stone Deco Art / Canvas Bag) to be used as drawing & coloring equipment for participants.
• Participants are required to bring their own drawing table and stationery.
• Participants are prohibited from bringing additional materials other than those provided by the committee.
• Each participant will receive a Participant Certificate with a stamp from Disdikpora Denpasar, a Goodie Bag, and 1 coloring set.
• The 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will receive cash prizes, certificates, & winner certificates with a stamp from Disdikpora Denpasar
• The assessment criteria are based on creativity, coloring techniques, color selection and neatness.
• The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.

• The Trivia competition category is divided into 3 groups: a) Elementary School Grade 5-6; b) Junior High School Group; and c) Senior High School Group.
• The competition is open for public, including Non-IALF Students.
• Each Trivia Participant is a group consisting of 2 (two) people. Group members may come from different schools, as long as they are in the same category level.
• Trivia Competition Registration Fee: Rp. 100,000,- / group.
• The theme of the Trivia Competition is "Sustainable Development Goals" (SDGs) which consists of 17 goals:
  • GOAL 1: No Poverty, GOAL 2: Zero Hunger, GOAL 3: Good Health and Well-Being, GOAL 4: Quality Education GOAL 5: Gender Equality, GOAL 6: Clean Water and Sanitation, GOAL 7: Affordable and Clean Energy, GOAL 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, GOAL 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, GOAL 10: Reduced Inequalities, GOAL 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, GOAL 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, GOAL 13: Climate Action, GOAL 14: Life below Water, GOAL 15: Life on Land, GOAL 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, GOAL 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
• Vocab trivia questions will be taken from materials related to English lessons, general knowledge and topics related to the seventeen SDGs. Questions will be adjusted according to the category per group and can be multiple choice, short answer, fill in the dots, match pictures, etc.
• The competition consists of 3 rounds: Preliminary Round, Semi-Final Round and Final Round. The Preliminary Round and Semi-Final Round will be held in writing and the Final Round will be held orally (Quiz).
• The winner selection process will be carried out through a marking and ranking procedure.
• Participants who get the highest score in the marking and ranking process are entitled to advance to the next round.
• If there are two or more participants who get the same score, then the participant with the shortest/quickest test completion time can be considered to be able to advance to the next round.
• In multiple choice questions, participants' answers can be declared correct and eligible for points if the answer is correct and in accordance with the instructions on each question.
• In short answer/fill in the blank questions, participants' answers are declared correct and eligible for points if the answer is correct and in accordance with the instructions in each question and meets the spelling requirements in English.
• Each participant will receive a Participant Certificate with a stamp from Disdikpora Denpasar and a Goodie Bag.
• The 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will receive cash prizes, certificates, & winner certificates with a stamp from Disdikpora Denpasa.
• The decision of the jury is final and cannot be contested.
• Technical meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 15.30 WITA at the Auditorium, IALF Bali.
