Courses are 40 hours over 8-9 weeks, with a total of 20 sessions per term.
Class hours: 19.00 - 21.00
The Academic English Pathway program at IALF Bali has four levels. It is a starting point to develop academic English skills in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.
Through topics such as technology, tourism and health, you will build study skills through tasks and communicative activities. After completing Academic Pathway level 1, you have the option to continue through level 4, or enrol on an IELTS Preparation course at IALF Bali.
You have access to the Resource Centre and Computer Lab while you study with us, and when you need a break, have a snack at the Garden Café.
The minimum entry level for this course is Pre-Intermediate 1.
This course is taught by a combination of native speaker and Indonesian teachers of English.
All our teachers have either a degree in English language teaching, or a first degree and a recognised international teaching qualification such as the Trinity College London Certificate / Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. IALF Bali courses are accredited by BAN (Badan Akreditasi Nasional) and endorsed for quality by NEAS International, Australia.
